What we collect

When you submit a demo request, pilot partner application or waitlist form, we store your name, email, WhatsApp number, company or building name, role, property type, number of units and your message.

How we use it

• To contact you about your demo request or the pilot partner program.
• To let you know when a waitlisted product becomes available.
• To understand building needs for product development.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Storage and security

Data is stored in our data center in Indonesia, with access limited to the team members who need it. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting halo@orcava.co.id.
